All programs run at 3427 Alba Rd, Houston TX 77018. Space is limited — register early through PlayMetrics to secure your spot.
Build a strong foundation in setting — proper footwork, body positioning, hand placement, and technique. High-rep training in a positive environment.
Introduction to attacking — learn the 2, 3, and 4-step approach with proper arm swing mechanics, hand contact, and overall technique.
Advanced setting: 2 & 4-step footwork, spin-setting, back setting, and eye training. Improve decision-making and consistency in game-like situations.
Transition attacking footwork, hand positioning for various attack shots, and self-toss development to build attacking consistency.
Our first-ever Fast 4's Tournament Night! Teams of four compete in fast-paced, high-energy games. Register as a team with 3 friends. Space is limited to just 6 teams — don't wait!

Meet the Staff
Coach Michael Kent brings over 20 years of volleyball coaching experience to Space City Volleyball. He currently serves as Head Coach at The Kinkaid School and spent 13 years as Head Coach at Episcopal High School — one of Houston's most accomplished coaches.
Coach Kent founded Katy United Volleyball Club, a 43-team organization serving athletes ages 7–18, and brings 8 years of competitive playing experience to his philosophy.
